It was a perfect location and comfortable, although a bit tired. It needs to be renovated badly. Service was excellent and the food delicious! Incredible view!

Views of the falls is excellent. Breakfast is good.

Dinner is very bad. Ask a renowned cook on! Dinner is unreasonably expensive. The minibar is too expensive. The building is outdated and ugly. Rooms should be renovated. There is no free wifi, as elsewhere. The check out time 10:00 am is too early. This hotel is a cash cow for Sheraton. Very poor value for money.

For family, very expensive since they force you to rent two rooms if you have two children or more. We paid a huge amount per night and our view was mediocre.

A bit expensive

I was particularly impressed with the excellent attitude of the reception staff who, on my arrival changed my room with such grace and good will when I asked for a more pleasant outlook. And for their help in making contact with airlines to check bookings. And permitting use of hotel facilities after check-out while waiting for pick up.

Most hotels I have stayed in over the past few years include free internet (wifi) access. It seems an unnecessary expense these days to have to pay for internet access. I would usually choose a hotel that provided this service. On this occasion only the wonderful location was more important.

The location of hotel is abosutely great to see the Falls from Argentinian side. You just walk outside the hotel and into the National Park. That is worth the money. Great breakfast and great views! The falls are an amazing thing to see. Staying in teh city of Port Iguazu is not worth much. Staff very nice and very helpful !

The hotel rooms/bathrooms need a renovation!! First room the ceiling was pilling off and we asked and they gave us another room. It is a shame for Sheraton Hotels to have left this property in such a bad state. They are a big chain and should spend the money, It has made a very bad impression regarding the Sheraton brand to me. I would stay again here but only because of their location.

This is a must. It might look expensive but it so worth it that you shouldn´t think twice: best view of the falls, first there in the morning.

The views, the views, the views! From everywhere of the beautiful falls. Lovely property grounds with easy and early access to National Park. Great lobby bar with outside patio. Gracious staff.

The location of this hotel is just stunning! I have never had such an incredible view from my hotel room as this so for location it cannot be beaten. However the hotel room and facilities are a little tired and need upgrading. They are in the process of doing so and our stay suffered from noisy work going on through the night and no hot water one eve/night. Having said all that the staff were excellent and dealt with our problems eficiently. Bottom line is if you are going to Iguassu falls this is the only place to stay. Go there and be amazed by the views and maybe ask for an upgraded room!

Desperately need total renovation, everything looks very used and old. There's a sewer hole in bathroom floor, with bed smell coming from it all the time. Sheraton should take more care about their brand, what you get looks like an old, 3 star suburban hotel. 90% of restaurant staff cannot speak English.

Location for visiting Iguazu National Park is perfect, staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

Jungle twin rooms are too small for a five star hotel, outdated interior, outdoor noise (cars, a/c) audible on the first floor.

The Falls are magnificent and the Sheraton is perfectly located for views and access.

The location of the Hotel in the mid of the park is just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have a balcony, upgrade to waterfall view room is recommendable. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Dinner was quite expensive, but good.

The Sheraton Iguazu is the only hotel in the Iguazu National Park in Argentina, and is ideally placed for seeing the Iguazu Falls. There are several walking paths that show various views of the Falls, and all are readily accessible from the hotel. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful, and all spoke very good English. The room we had was quite comfortable, and had a magnificent view of the Falls. The Lobby Bar was very nice, and carried a reasonable selection of wines and spirits. The buffet breakfast, which was included in the room tariff, was comprehensive and plentiful, although on our second day the restaurant was overly crowded and clean tables not readily available. Dinner, served in the same restaurant, was quite good, and the restaurant staff were very attentive.

The hotel is a little dated, but they are apparently refurbishing it. We were in a refurbished room on the 3rd (top) floor. It was comfortable, but not 5 star. The water in the bathroom was not very hot, and the water pressure was not very good. However, given they shut down the water supply for 6 hours each of the 2 nights we were there, they might be working on this. There were also brief power cuts several times during our stay.
